Our mission is to rehabilitate underserved communities to provide safe, stable, affordable housing to our displaced military personnel, veterans, people with physical disabilities & working adults with special needs.
Our Story
In honor of two, Montgomery, Alabama, civil rights pioneers, Mr. & Mrs Frank J. Evans, Frank & Virgie Lee LLC was formed, with the sole purpose of restoring the area along the Selma to Montgomery Route. We have focused our full attention on the west side of Montgomery, the historic Selma to Montgomery Route, neighborhood. We are taking over distressed properties, rehabbing in some cases, and rebuilding in others, to provide affordable housing to those in need. Additionally, we aim to revive a once-proud neighborhood, rich in history, & restore the property value for the current residents of that community; most of whom are elderly & disheartened as they witnessed the value of their homes, along with the quality of their neighborhood, deteriorate over the years. Frank & Virgie Lee LLC has acquired several properties along this Historical Route and will work to restore/rebuild them.

Through a collaborative effort, we can make a greater impact within a neighborhood by meeting the needs of its community members. Together we can preserve, renovate, beautify, and enhance existing properties and infrastructure for the residents of these neighborhoods and the city.

We aim to recognize the significant issues affecting the lives of our residents and advocate on their behalf to enact change. We focus on skill-building and confidence-building activities for individuals with special needs to enhance independence, promote personal growth, and provide valuable life skills for a brighter future. By offering support, resources, and a sense of belonging, our social services create a network of care and assistance for those facing challenges.
